nfiniity and cubesys at Eurobike 2026

Eurobike 2026

We are excited to be part of Eurobike 2026, where Canyon Bicycles is unveiling its first V2X-enabled e-bike, the Roadlite:ON CF, featuring V2X technology from cubesys GmbH, an nfiniity company.

The brand new Roadlite:ON CF integrates the V2X interface directly into the carbon frame, preserving both ride feel and aesthetics without compromise. The system enables the bike to communicate with surrounding vehicles and infrastructure, detecting potential hazards early and alerting the rider through visual and haptic feedback.

A further highlight is the hands-on experience of the V2X technology integrated into the new bike, demonstrated through live sessions and test rides together with Volkswagen.

Canyon Bicycles can be experienced both indoors at 📍 Hall 11.0 / Stand B50 and in the outdoor Open Air area at 📍 F12 / Stand B52, showcasing the latest innovations across both exhibition spaces.

We're excited to announce a major step toward connected cycling. Canyon Bicycles GmbH has revealed that Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology for e-bikes is moving closer to reality, with beta testing expected as early as next year on a limited number of electric bike models.

This cutting-edge innovation, developed in collaboration with cubesys GmbH - an nfiniity company, enables e-bikes to communicate seamlessly with cars, public transport, and street infrastructure. The goal is to provide riders with intuitive alerts, like subtle haptic feedback in the grips, when a potential hazard is detected, even if it's hidden around a blind corner.

At the heart of this breakthrough is our cube:nanoone of the smallest all-in-one V2X On-board Units (OBU) on the market — custom-tailored for seamless in-frame integration into urban e-bikes without compromise.

Apostolos Georgiadis, Co-founder & CEO of cubesys GmbH, comments:

Safety is not a privilege, it should be inclusive. This collaboration is an important initiative for adopting V2X technology on a larger scale in micro-mobility, improving safety for everyone on the road while helping to reduce overall costs.

The next big step: real world testing to gather data and refine the technology for broader adoption.

This marks an important milestone toward building a safer, smarter mobility ecosystem where cycling and automotive innovation come together, fully integrated into the EU C-ITS ecosystem.

Cubesys and Vector Informatik Join Forces to Accelerate C-ITS Innovation

cubesys x Vector Informatik: Partnership Announcement

We're thrilled to announce the launch of a joint solution from cubesys GmbH - an nfiniity company and Vector Informatik GmbH. This collaboration supports those working on Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technologies.

A Seamless Bridge from Prototype to Production

At the center of this collaboration is the cube:tap interface - a high-performance tool designed for robust testing and development of LTE-V2X (PC5) applications. Now fully integrated with Vector's tools CANoe.Car2X and CANalyzer.Car2x, this solution provides a seamless path for validating V2X communication in real-world and simulated environments. With this integration, users can:

  • Validate V2X-compliant applications faster and more reliably
  • Analyze live LTE-V2X communication in the field or lab
  • Simulate real-world traffic scenarios with precision
  • Adjust communication parameters according to EU/US/CN specifications
  • Streamline development from concept to deployment

This joint solution is built for the demands of intelligent transport systems, where timing, accuracy, and interoperability are critical.

Built on Collaboration and Technical Expertise

This was the result of close work by both teams. The collaboration has been marked by transparency, shared goals, and a deep technical understanding on both sides, a solid foundation for work in the C-ITS space.

Bringing together Vector's deep expertise in automotive testing with our flexible, field-ready hardware platform unlocks enormous value for anyone developing V2X systems at scale, said Apostolos Georgiadis, Co-founder & CEO, cubesys GmbH.

This is a major milestone for the cube platform and a glimpse into what's next for the C-ITS community.
